Search the community and support articles Install, redeem, activate Microsoft and Office Search Community member. I have tried to use the FixIt program as said in multiple other threads however this does not fix the problem. Following this, I attempted a manual removal as well, to no avail.

Try performing the manual uninstallation office following the article below, Once done restart the computer and try installing office. Try saving the Office uninstallation 'Fix it' to the Desktop and then try to run it once again.
